Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Home to Home Movers UAE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not use the services of Home to Home Movers UAE.

Services

Home to Home Movers UAE provides a variety of house shifting services, including packing, transportation, and unpacking. We also offer additional services such as dismantling and re-assembling furniture, and handyman services.

Booking and Payment

To book our services, you must provide us with your contact information, the date of your move, and the type of services you need. We will then provide you with a quote. Once you accept the quote and make a payment, your booking will be confirmed.

Our payment terms are as follows:

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to book our services.

The remaining 50% must be paid before the move date.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing at least 72 hours before the move date. If you cancel less than 72 hours before the move date, you will forfeit your deposit.

If we are unable to provide you with the services you have booked, we will refund your deposit in full.

Liability

Home to Home Movers UAE is liable for any damage to your belongings that occurs during the move, up to the value of the items. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of use or inconvenience.

Insurance

We recommend that you purchase insurance to protect your belongings during the move. We can provide you with information on insurance providers, but we do not sell insurance ourselves.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Disputes

Any disputes arising out of these Terms of Service will be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Home to Home Movers UAE with respect to the services provided.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck from these Terms of Service and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

All notices and other communications under these Terms of Service must be in writing and must be sent by email to info@home2homemovers.com
